I've always had a thing for movies. Growing up, I practically lived off VHS tapes and DVDs - binging on classics like Bringing Up Baby and Veronica Mars. So, when it came to picking a career, the film industry just felt right.
In college, I soaked up everything from New Wave Cinema to Musicals, Documentaries, and Screwball Comedy. Each class and genre introduced me to a whole new world of filmmaking tricks and flicks I never knew existed.

Who doesn't love Jack and Rose's
love story?
Today, I find ways to weave unique
and heartfelt moments into my wedding films. And have made it my mission to create cinematic masterpieces as unforgettable as The Titanic.
In fact, the name 97 Films partly pays homage to the Titanic, which was released in 1997, along with many of my favorite bands, shows, and movies. Guess you could say '97 was one of my favorite years yet!

In true middle-child fashion, I've got a knack for picking up on people feeling uneasy or stressed. That's why I'll crack jokes, sprinkle in casual conversation, and break out a funny movie quote to keep things relaxed and enjoyable in front of the camera.

I understand how intimidating it can be to have a camera pointed at you. I won't ask you to do anything that you wouldn't naturally do. And if guidance is necessary, I'll give clear prompts for natural movement. This way, your film is filled with real moments that look and feel like you.
